ROL5 PN pneumatic fast clamping system for tools for press brake machine
Rolleri latest big innovation is ROL5 System, a mechanic fast clamping system for standard Promecam upper tools, which doesn’t require any change in the press brake.
With ROL5 System you can mount and remove upper tools vertically without any modification. By tighting the central screw, tools get aligned and seated and ready to work.
ROL5 System is composed by:
Ø Frontal clamp for fast clamping
Ø Intermediate
Ø Standard back clamp
Fast hydraulic system for lower tools.
Fast pneumatic system for lower tools.
Rapid clamping for lower tools.
The new retractable clamps ST50-S for easy and fast changing of lower tools, without rubbing off the press brake table!
With these new ST50-S you can avoid to push in the dies from side and the security devices of the press brake machine can continue to work undisturbed.
